    1964年成立黄县少年业余体校，附设在黄县一中，有学生100人，“文化大革命”开始后停办。1975年，设黄县五七红校高中体育班。1977年9月成立“三集中”(集中训练、集中学习、集中食宿)黄县少年业余体校,设校长1人，副校长1人，教练12人，文化课教师12人。至1990年，有校长1人，副校长2人，教练12人，文化课教师12人。
