    1964～1965年，黄县接收安置本省和外省、市成户下乡人口23户、108人。1966～1975年，接收安置375户、3327人。1984～1988年，根据山东省民政厅(84)号文件精神，对青岛、济南、淄博、枣庄等市及龙口服务队1964～1966年上半年城镇成户下乡户，符合当地农转非条件的给予落实农转非政策。全县共办理就地农转非50户、166人。
