    1912年1月16日，山东军政府都督派部分在大连招募的国民革命军来黄县支援革命。是日，临时停泊烟台港的国民革命军关外都督兰天尉亦派参谋长周远村率“海琛”舰前来黄县支援,该部18日离黄县。17日，姜炳炎率蓬莱民军300人至黄，月底离去。
　　1月25日，沪军北伐先锋队司令刘基炎率千余人至黄，支援黄县革命，2月1日离黄。2月14日，再来黄县，辛亥革命在烟台失败后离黄县。
