    1984年7月30日县人民法院设执行庭。设执行庭前，执行工作由民事审判庭负责。
　　执行工作是诉讼程序的最后阶段。当事人拒绝履行发生法律效力的判决、裁定和调解协议时，经教育无效，强行执行。一方当事人拒绝履行的，由审判员移送执行机关执行；对方当事人也可以向法院申请执行。1989年执行庭执行案116件。其中经济案26件，民事案66件，行政案24件。
