    龙口市人民法院1988年9月设行政审判庭。主要开展咨询服务、理顺行政法律关系、协助行政部门依法行政。从行政庭设立到1989年底，共受理案件26起，多为土地管理案，处结23起，在全省100多个基层法院中名列前3名。1989年共解答行政机关提出的咨询57次，协助处理行政案23起，提出司法建议4份，防止矛盾激化2起。烟台市中级人民法院在工作简报上转发了材料，给予肯定。
