    1960年，因经济困难，干部体质下降。给科级以上干部普遍查体1次。1982年。开始为退、离休干部配备保健医生和保健病床，并建立健康档案。1983年，为中级知识分子和科局级以上干部定期进行健康查体。1985年，全县有干部保健病房4间、床位6张，建立保健档案101份。
