    行政机构  1969年11月30日，成立战备防空领导小组办公室。1975年3月，称人民防空办公室，负责人民防空的工程规划、施工建设、“三防”(防原子、防化学、防细菌)教育，训练防空专业队伍。
    指挥机构  1984年3月，成立长岛县人民防空指挥部，负责防空指挥。下设防空科和防空专业队。
