    1981年3月，成立公证处，有公证员1人，司法局长兼任公证处主任。1983年，公证处有刷主任1人。1984年，各乡、镇的司法助理员和县财政局内1名工作人员兼任公证联络员。到1985年受理各类公证2888件。其中，经济合同公证2269件，民间公证26件，其它公证593件。履约率平均为98％。
