    1958年起，职工的劳动保护均按《三大规程》执行。1963年，按劳动部、卫生部等7个单位的联合通知，发放保健食品。1976年改发现金。1964年，按《国家企业职工个人防护用品发放标准》的规定发放劳动防护用品。1981年9月，对防护用品的发放进行整顿。1984年10月，对防护用品发放，进行调整和改革，按不同工种发放。
