    1987年10月，牟平县财政局与烟台化纤厂发行烟台化纤厂涤纶长丝重点工程建设债券10万张，面值100元，计1000万元，1993年本利还清。
    1986年兴建龙口发电厂时，全县集资600余万元。从1992年开始，分四期退还，1998年还清。1988年筹建烟台大学时，向全县集资近140万元，1993年还清。1988年改造山东牟平化肥厂，共借款140余万元。1993年，县政府以牟平化肥厂生产的多元素化肥顶债还清。
