    1965年，海阳县电影队始设发行组，当年发行影片38部次。“文化大革命”期间，只准放映“三
战”(《地雷战》、《地道战》、《南征北战》)和样板戏，余者皆被封闭。粉碎江青反革命集团后，
部分影片开禁。1977年发行136部次。1980年以来，有意义的影片全部解放，新制影片同益增多。1985
年，全年发行18615部次；库存长片578部，短片300部。
