民国28年(1939年) 夏，国民党海阳县政府于盘石店组建海阳县特务队，队长刘超俊。下设三个排，共
150余人。另有一个武术队，约40人。民国29年(1040年)冬，刘超俊率部与日本侵略军作战阵亡，特务
队被姜黎川收编。
