    1981年开始发行国库券。发放范围仅限于国营企业和集体单位。次年扩大到机关、团体、部队、
企事业单位和农村社队、城乡个人。面额有10元、50元、100元、500元、1OO0元、1万元、10万元、100
万元八种。1982年有1元、5元、10元、50元、100元、1000元六种。1983年有5元、10元、30元、1OO元四
种。1984、1985年有5元、10元、50元三种。
    1981－1985年，本县共推销717万元。其中单位231万元，个人486万元。
国库券利率：单位购买，年息4%；个人购买，年息8%。国库券计息，一律从当年7月1日起，利息在
偿还本金时一次付给，不计复利。
