    人民胜利折实公债  1950年本县认购614分，每分按2.95元计算，折款1811元。折实标准：米6斤、
面粉1.5斤、细布4尺、煤炭16斤为1分。面额有1分、10分、100分、500分四种。发行对象：职工430分，
工商业184分。年利5厘，每年抽签还本一次五年还清。
经济建设公债  1954年，本县始推销经济建设公债，年息4厘。根据国家规定，采取分期交款、统一
计算、一次换发的办法。到1958年，共发行157万元。1954年公债，分八年还本付息。1955－1958年的
公债，分10年还本付息。1958年公债，原规定无息，兑付时按债券面额，加付10年利息。1954－1964年，
共兑付本息179万元。
