    民国时期，水利工作先后由县劝业所、实业局、建设局、县政府第四科、建设科分管。
    抗日民主政府时期，先后由县经建科、财经科、农林科、实业科分管。
    建国后， 1950－1953年，由县建设科分管。1954年春，县单设水利科。1956年5月，改为水利局。
1958年5月，并入农林水利局。1959年11月，水利局单设。1962年5月，并入农业水利局。1964年9月，
水利局单设。1970年1月，并入农林水利局。1971年3月，水利局重新单设。1985年，局内设办公室、水
保站、机电站、经营管理站、工程管理站、工程站、设计室等，有职工38人。
