    民国时期，先后由县劝业所、实业局、建设局、县政府第四科、建设科主管。民主政府时期，先
后由县经建科、财经科、农林科、实业科主管。
    建国后至1950年7月，由县建设科主管。1950年7月，县设水产科。1956年7月，改称水产局。1962
年6月，改称水产科。1964年1月，改称水产局。1968年8月，改称海阳县革命委员会生产指挥部水产领
导小组。1969年12月，改称水产局，至今。
