    抗日战争时期，抗日民主政府由民政科协助政府办理部分劳动业务。
    建国初期，劳动业务纳入民政科工作范围。1956年10月，县人民委员会单设劳动科。1958年4月，劳动科合并于计划委员会。
    1960年6月设劳动局。至1964年5月，劳动局再次与计划委员会合并。1979年，复设劳动局。1985年，县劳动局有局长1人，副局长1人，一般干部9人。1983年4月，劳动局下设劳动服务公司，其任务是组织管理社会劳动力，为统筹劳力就业服务；搞好就业前的职工培训和劳动保险管理等工作。
