    1962年5月8日，县广播站在栖霞通桃村电话中继线上开口，为牙山铜矿增设扩音站。因无人控制板闸，造成电话线路阻断，障碍历时19.5小时。
    1971年10月3日，县内电力线与芯线50对通信电缆相碰，造成29部电话阻断，历时33小时。
    1980年5月22日，县城内电话机务员违章作业，造成机内混线，使136个用户受阻2.5小时，总计障碍历时340小时。
