    1954～1958年，银行代理国家连续五年发行“国家经济建设公债”。年息四厘，分八年偿还。全县认购872312元，其中1954年认购12644元，1955年认购193275元，1956年认购299749元，1957年认购223416元，1958年认购143228元。国家从1955年起付息及抽签还本，到1968年全部偿还完毕。
