    1962年，县内对贫农合作基金贷款进行豁免，共68万元。
    1965年对1961年前农村的赊销款、预付款、预购定金款、农业贷款和无息贷款逐项逐笔进行清理和收回。对1961年前，社队投资举办的集体事业没有效益或效益不大无法归还和社队用贷款购置的无效益物资，按政策一律给予了豁免，豁免金额为80.73万元；对死亡绝户、五保户、外迁无着落户和因病灾家庭生活极其困难的农户给予豁免，豁免金额为68万元。
