    解放战争时期，为了保障战备物资运输和过路的支前民工食宿，县支前指挥部民力动员部于1947年3月设立民站。在盐场村设中心站，湘河、曲家、张格庄等村设大站，张格堡、古现、岗嵛、西埠庄、东厅等村设小站。各站配备专职工作人员、民兵和运输工具。
