    县民政局自1980年12月起，着手筹备对部队团级以下离退休干部接收安置工作。1981年开始建设住舍楼房，至1984年已建成3180平方米，总投资98万元。1985年设军队离退休干部休养所，接收安置离退休干部54户。休养所内设卫生室、游艺室、图书室，有工作人员13人。
