    1981年3月16日，设公证处。当年办公证19件，涉外公证13件。1982年，公证人员办证上门，办理宅基地公证64件，涉外公证86件，经济合同15件。1983年，办理涉外公证195件。1984年，办理经济合同公证250件，占总数的69%。1985年，重点抓果园合同公证，全年共办理1.5万件，办理其它经济合同公证260件，民间公证90件，接待来访1356人次。到年底，防止纠纷率达到99%，合同履约率达98%，全年索要提留款32万元。
