    境内气温受海洋调节，与同纬度内陆相比，冬不甚冷，夏不太热，温度年振幅和昼夜差都较小。
    一、年温度
    年平均气温10—13℃，1960—1984年累年平均气温为11.7℃。年平均气温的分配比较稳定，振幅不大。最高是1983年，为12.8℃；最低是1972年，为10.6℃。

    二、季温度
    冬季温度最低，12月中旬末至3月上旬初，日平均温度一般在0℃以下。春季温度逐月回升，每月上升6℃左右。夏季温度最高，月平均温度均在20℃以上。秋季温度逐月下降，9月中旬后期，月平均气温一般下降到20℃以下，11月上旬降到10℃以下，11月中旬后期降到5℃以下。秋季平均温度高于春季。
    三、月温度
    月平均温度，最低是1月份，为—3.2℃；最高是7月份，为25.6℃。3月和11月、4月和10月温度大致相同。2月至7月，温度逐月上升，7月后逐月下降，至1月出现一年最低值。
    四、极端温度
    累年极端最高温度为39.9℃，出现在1966年8月5日。累年极端最低温度为—21.8℃，出现在1963年1月23日。
    五、结冰
    初冰期，累年平均在11月中旬初。最早在11月7日，最晚在11月19日。终冰期，累年平均在3月下旬末。最早在3月下旬初，最晚在4月上旬中期。
