    1963年，开始经营粮油议购业务，当年议购粮食22.5万公斤，油料14万公斤。1964年，议购粮食100万公斤，油料9.5万公斤。1965年，议购粮食22.5万公斤，油料5.5万公斤。“文化大革命”中，关闭粮油市场，粮油议购工作中断。1978年12月，恢复粮油议购业务。1980年12月，粮食局成立粮油议价公司，设议价粮油门市部，议购品种和数量不断增加。1979年至1985年，全区议购粮食达3092.5万公斤，年均442万公斤；议购油料374万公斤，年均53.5万公斤。
