    1968年，县公路站根据“以路养路，专款专用”原则，开始征收养路费。凡参加营运的车辆，每月按核定吨位征收。1985年，养路费征收标准是：货车，不足1吨按1吨计算，每吨位每月115元；小型乘坐车，2至5人按半吨计算，6至10人按1吨计算，11至15人按1.5吨计算，每吨位每月115元；拖拉机，乡镇、村每吨位每季度45元，厂矿企事业单位按月征收，每吨位每月45元。征收养路费总额：1968年为1.5万元，1975年为30.8万元，1978年为84.4万元，1985年为448.5万元。
