    水灾主要由较大暴雨引起。暴雨天气主要出现在6月下旬至9月上旬，集中出现在7～8月份。1951～1985年，日降水量大于或等于50毫米的暴雨日数，年平均为2.3天，年平均暴雨量为82.70毫米；日降水量大于或等于100毫米的大暴雨日数，年平均0.5天；日降水量大于或等于150毫米的特大暴雨，年平均为0.1天。暴雨强度一般不大，暴雨为患通常3～5年1次。
