    1981年1月，县司法局组建公证处，3月正式办理公证业务。县公证处自建立起，
就采取边宣传、边开展业务活动的办法，使公证处的职责很快被干部、群众所认识，
要求办理公证的越来越多。1981～1985年，公证处共办理各类公证1368件，其中：经
济合同公证1324件，民间公证44件(收养及亲属关系公证15件，委托公证7件，开奖公
证15件，其他公证7件)。仅1985年，就办理各类公证733件，其中：经济合同公证69
8件，房屋买卖、租赁公证17件，委托公证5件，收养公证3件，其他公证10件。
