    垦利县1983年底以前，未设专门审计机构，审计工作由县财政局监察股会同税务
、物价、工商、银行等有关部门不定期进行，其主要活动是组织财务、税收、物价大
检查，开展经济监督。1984年3月15日，垦利县成立审计局。1985年，审计局有局长
1人，副局长1人，工作人员5人。
