    1986年，全县12个乡镇都建立了科协组织。全县成立科普学校24所，其
中乡、厂办各1所。1987年，乡镇科普学校增加到10所，村办科普学校124所，
1991年，发展到158所。同年，12个乡镇全部建立起科委。1995年以后，乡镇
成人中心学校相继建立，从县到乡村形成较健全的科技服务网络。
