    垦利县地处沿海，地下水资源含盐分高，不能利用，可利用的地表水资
源有两部分。（一）自然降水，多年平均降水563毫米，多为夏季。除当茬
作物吸收外，其余绝大部分排泄入海和消耗于蒸发；（二）入境的黄河水，
黄河来水量多年平均133.6亿立方米，至2002年底，全县共有引黄涵闸5座，
扬水站（船）7处，设计引黄能力232立方米每秒，设计灌溉面积1306公顷，
每年年均引水量为2.8亿立方米，为保障农田灌溉、工业、城镇及人畜用水等
方面起了重要作用。
