    垦利县潮灾是由于大风引起海水急剧上涨，造成海水倒灌所形成的灾害。
    1987年11月25日19时起，垦利县出现持续44个小时6级以上大风，26日，
垦利县东部沿海地区受到1964年以来，罕见之暴潮袭击，县养虾厂533.33公
顷虾池全部进水，经济损失200万元。
    1992年，由于受“9216”号强热带风暴袭击，水产业损失严重（详见第
三节风灾1992年8月31日）。
