    【概况】按照省市及区政府要求，2010年继续实施农村住房建设与危房改造，
并加大集中建设力度，共有18个项目开工建设。2010年，全区整村建设涉及19个村
庄，完工1679户，在建354户，分散建设涉及149个村庄，完工1301户，危房改造涉
及108个村庄，完工624户。新建住房和危房改造分别完成年度任务的213%、104%，
均超额完成市政府下达的任务。
