    1955年境内开始建立预备役制度。进行预备役登记。1958年下半年以后，由于实
行“全民皆兵”，预备役登记工作被搁置。1981年恢复预备役登记。建区以后，在国
务院、中央军委制定的“减少数量、提高质量、突出重点、打好基础”的后备力量建
设方针指导下，通过一年一度的民兵组织整顿和经常性的管理教育工作，全区民兵预
备役制度得到全面落实，各级预备役组织不断完善和巩固。1992年开始，对全区转业
军官实行军官预备役登记。
