    河口烟草专卖部门联合公安、工商、技术监督管理部门对辖区卷烟市场实行监管
，打击区内无证批发、无证运输、无证经营和经销假冒、走私卷烟、非法渠道进货等
违法行为。与区公安分局联合成立了烟草稽查大队。每年都和工商、技术监督等部门
开展一至两次联合打假活动。1994～2000年累计查处各类烟草案件1354起，查扣卷烟
138994条，罚没款额192311元。河口烟草市场得到有效控制和治理，区烟草专卖局也
多次被省、市业务部门评为先进单位。
