    建区前，境内油田集体商业多由各单位投资建立，由职工家属承办。经营百货、
烟酒、副食品等，为油田职工、家属及附近地方居民服务，一般规模流动资金占用2
～10万元左右。集体综合商店网点布局按需设置，商业街网点密集。以学生用品、副
食、小吃为主的综合商店，各居民点皆有。建区后，随着人口的增多，各油田集体商
业企业规模亦有发展，个别企业变为专营店。1993年后，大多数企业转向个人承包、
租赁经营或私营独资。
