    河口区合资工业起步较晚，发展慢、规模小。1992年新户乡供销社投资75万元(
人民币)，与美国合资建成河口区新美食品有限责任公司，为全区第一个合资企业，
美方投资5万美元。1993年，东营市木器四厂(原义和木器加工厂)与台商合资，于19
94年建成东营市黄河口家具实业有限公司，中台双方投资股份为75∶25。全区合资工
业企业达到2个。2000年，中美合资的河口区新美食品有限责任公司转为个体，全区
合资工业企业有1个。
