    东营市河口区位于山东省北部，黄河入海口北侧，地理坐标为北纬37°45′～3
8°10′，东经118°10′～119°05′，东、北两面临渤海。西以潮河(下游为顺江沟
)与沾化县为界，南与利津县接壤，东南与垦利县隔黄河相望。东西最宽70公里，南
北最长43公里，总面积2365.13平方公里。区政府驻地位于东营市政府驻地以北55公
里，济南市东北240公里处。
