    民兵武器装备仓库1988年5月8日动工建设， 1989年12月18日投入使用，占地300
0余平方米。
    民兵训练基地牛庄区民兵训练基地于1986年3月动工建设，6月建成 (两区合并后
移交油郭乡)。东营区民兵训练基地于1986年8月动工建设，1987年春建成投入使用。
该训练基地占地面积20亩，总建筑面积1400平方米，可容纳100人集中训练。
