    1953年，广饶县人民法院设立牛庄人民法庭，博兴县人民法院设立龙居人民法庭，
1956年广饶县人民法院设立六户人民法庭。1968年各人民法庭先后撤销，1973年恢复。
1984年， 东营区人民法院设立辛店、胜利、临盘、滨南4处人民法庭。1987年，增设
油郭、史口、西范、胜采、基地等5处法庭。1995年调整人民法庭，设立胜利、六户、
辛店、海河路、泰安路、牛庄、史口、油郭、龙居等9处法庭。1996年7月，设立东城
法庭。至1997年，有人民法庭10处。
    1984～1997年，全区人民法庭共审结各类民事纠纷案件8972件，审结各类经济纠
纷案件3506件，标的金额1.15亿元。
