    境内行政审判始于1988年。1990年1月1日《中华人民共和国行政诉讼法》正式实
施，区法院行政审判开始走上规范化发展的轨道。1988～1994年，共审理各类行政案
件16件。1995～1997年，共受理涉及政府以及土地、公安、水利、计划生育、卫生防
疫、工商、劳动等行政执法部门的各类行政案件73件；受理行政非诉执行案件689件，
标的金额300余万元； 组织上街宣传5次，印发各种宣传材料2万余份，增强了公民的
行政诉讼意识。
