    1988年3月，建立东营区监察局，设办公室、信访室、监察室。1993年5月，区监
察局与区纪委合署办公，监察局设监察综合室。
    1988～1992年，立案20起，处分9人，其中：警告2人，记过1人，记大过4人，撤
职2人；科级干部4人。1993～1997年，立案55起，处分46人，其中：警告5人，记过
14人，记大过5人，降级7人，撤职4人，开除留用察看8人，行政开除3人；科级干部
2人。
