    1984年9月， 中国人民政治协商会议东营区委员会、牛庄区委员会同时成立。两
区合并后，成立政协东营区委员会，设办公室、宣传教育科、文史资料科、组织联络
科。1988年11月，设办公室、学习委员会、提案委员会、工作组委员会、文史资料委
员会。 1991年3月～1997年底，区政协机构设有：办公室、学习法制提案委员会、财
经委员会、文史资料委员会、科教文卫委员会、祖国统一联谊委员会。区政协日常工
作由驻会主席和常务委员会主持。
