    1982年，部分粮管所为适应农村畜牧业发展的需要，使用粉碎机或其它小型机组
，将麸皮、玉米、棉饼等原料，按比例加入添加剂加工成配合饲料或混合饲料，为农
村饲养户提供服务。随着农业产业结构的调整和商品经济的发展，为加快粮食转化，
满足农村饲养户的需要，市粮局于1986年在境内建成年班产4000吨的饲料厂。当年实
际生产345.7万公斤。此后，每年实际产量400～600万公斤。1997年，实际产量为69
.4万公斤。
