    1987年，山亭区已和中国科学院、中国农科院、水利电力部、中国品种资源研究所、郑州粮院、无锡轻工学院、西北农大、省内各院校以及各研究所等35个单位建立了稳定的技术依托关系。共引进先进技术27项，新品种110种之多。
