    山亭区人民检察院，所辖区内无监所、收审劳动教育场所。针对这种特殊情况，把对判处管制、缓刑、剥夺政治权利、假释、监外执行的五种外执犯进行检察监督改造工作。通过这项工作使外执犯思想稳定，认罪服法。到1987年还未曾发现一人重新犯罪。
