    1961年1月1日～1965年6月9日，对1957年前参加工作而被精简退职的，因全部或大部丧失劳动能力，或年老体弱，或长期患病而家庭生活无依无靠的，由民政部门按月发给本人原标准工资40%的救济费。1973年救济4人，年款807元，1979年救济5人，年款1368元，1981年救济6人，年款1623元，1983年救济80人，年款2.13万元，1985年救济96人，年款1.5万元。
