    台儿庄区1974年开始办理短期基建贷款业务，仅发放临时设备贷款和特种付现收购贷款。1979年开始办理基本建设投资贷款。1985年国家预算内基建投资由财政拨款改为银行贷款。12年间，台儿庄区共发放各种基建贷款474.3万元。
