    峄城区人民广播电台于1987年9月建成。发射频率为96.3兆赫，发射塔高63.5米，覆盖全区及周围部分地区，半径30公里。
    电台开播后，峄城区所辖乡(镇)、村的广播信号由原来单一的有线输送发展为有线无线并用。1989年全区实现“一线三用”，区台至各乡镇站“双路”传输信号，更加有了保证。区到乡(镇)广播放大站为无线传播，乡(镇)至村为有线广播。
