【基础设施建设】　2008年，投资600万元建设港区“五纵二横”道路5000米。2009年，继续加大投入，投资800万元的园区主道路二期工程投入使用，供电、通信、港务、治安、仓储等服务设施一应俱全；投资2500万元，盘活集餐饮、住宿、休闲、娱乐于一体的古运荷乡船员度假村，十里港城初具规模。
